Intellectual screening of empirical categories with great intensity of sincerity and realistic spirit itself is clear evidence of how intelligence and instinct deceive us by making us love and take a deep interest in what must be completely opposed and negated in a higher and truer place, experience eternal. Faith in Ideal as ensured by intuitive cognition, Sruti, seems to be the only consolation for individuals who cannot directly see the higher light. Above him will come the Grace of the Most High:
“Someone who is free from the person will look at Him and be freed from sadness – through the grace of the Creator (he sees) the glory of the Self.”
– Katha Up., II. 20
The innate nature of all discrete beings is to love outsiders. A person cannot live without loving something or a condition that is not himself. Love for external things is an unintentional internal urge to become united with everything by filling in the gaps in a person, and thus, achieving Truth-Experience. But this is a futile effort, because One Truth must not be experienced through any objective contact. Humans are punished with an objective tendency. “The Creator gives rise to the senses with outward activity” (Katha Up., IV. 1) and this cosmic drive is felt in all individuals, regardless of themselves. The mind alone is the true senses of all perceptions, and its pleasure, therefore, lies in objective desires.
Stupidity lies in allowing the mind to run in all directions. The rays of the lost mind are attracted to countless objects of the universe, both seen and heard. The essential power of the mind manifests itself only when it is focused on the infinite as its object.
This is like focused sunlight passing through a lens, which burns the objects that are focused on it, not so much light is scattered in all directions. The mind must be concentrated in the One Substance, not localized in space, but filling all being. This One Substance is the Highest, God, the object of pious meditation. Love for samsara objects has selfish origins and also fetters to bind itself to birth, life and death in transmigratory life.
Love for God is true self-sacrifice to the universal, and therefore, the redemption of phenomenal awareness. Love for Universal Beings is the height of love. The ego cannot assert itself, because God is everywhere. The mind cannot transform itself into various psychoses, because, for that reason, there is no object but God. Wherever he moves, he feels the presence of the One. The whole world is dressed in the glory of God. He who is very strong and very wise envelops both earth and heaven at the same time. The mind, not fed by sensual food, dies by itself, and the self reaches God, the consummation of all desires and aspirations.
“This is the final destination; from here they did not return; thus, this is a check (from samsara). “
– Prasha Upanishad., I. 10.
This immerses yourself in Truth-Awareness. This plunges into the sea of happiness. This is bathing in the sea of ambrosia. It drinks eternal essence.
Meditation on the Eternal is the highest form of love. Belief in the degree of truth and reality is required by the fact that the universe seems to be a gradual materialization of the Soul. A fully transcendent person who is not connected to the meditator is not possible to contemplate, because the negation of duality initially brings statistics from the ability to think, an inert condition that thwarts the process of meditation. Meditation starts with duality and ends in Unity, from the worship of God to the existence of God.
